Fun recipe for Kids - Marie Biscuits Ball

I remember making these with my cousins when I was little. We had so much fun crushing the biscuits and rolling them into little balls. We would make them and eat them all up in one seating.

Now my boys make them and we have them for our afternoon snack. They are a fantastic sweet treat - simple, satisfying and so fun to make!

Ingredients:
(per child - to make about 8 balls)

4 marie biscuits
1 tsp condensed milk
water
chocolate rice

Method:

1. Add the condensed milk to the marie biscuits in a bowl. Then add some water bit by bit to the bowl so that the biscuits can be broken and mashed up into a smooth dough.

2. Scoop by the spoonful and roll into a ball. Set aside.

3. Roll each ball in some chocolate rice until well coated.

4. Done! And ready to be eaten.

Enjoy!
