Sautéed Asparagus with Crispy Garlic recipe




The fresh, fine asparagus really is the star in this dish.

This recipe takes only 10 minutes to prep and cook but the taste is absolutely delightful.

Just sauté the asparagus with lots of garlic, and season with salt and pepper. It doesn’t get any easier than that!



Sautéed Asparagus with Crispy Garlic

1 bunch (150g) fine asparagus - ends trimmed
4 cloves garlic - minced
salt
black pepper
1-2 tbsp. cooking oil

Instructions:
  1. Heat cooking oil in a wok over medium-high heat
  2. Toss garlic and fry till lightly browned and aromatic
  3. Toss asparagus, season with salt and black pepper
  4. Continue cooking and moving the asparagus until done (about 4 minutes)
