Prawns with Garlic Sweet Soy recipe

The boys usually wouldn't touch any of the seafood in the restaurants as they hate peeling them and getting their hands all dirty. This is great as the prawns have been peeled and deveined beforehand. Without the shells the prawns soak up all the cooking juices. My boys love mixing their rice in this garlicky sweet soy goodness!

The key to any stir-fry is that it has to be done very quickly, so have everything on hand and ready to be thrown in.
